Over 91 per cent of the employees at the Avon Maitland District School Board are now fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
That’s according to data recently released from the board with 91.5 per cent of staff and trustees reporting they were fully vaccinated as of Friday afternoon.
An AMDSB policy requires all staff and trustees to show proof of being vaccinated, proof of a medical exemption or proof that they have taken a vaccination education program through the province.
Those who decided not to get vaccinated are required to be tested at least twice a week and provide the board with a negative test each time.
