COVID-19 safety changes at Local Community Food Centre in Stratford

You won’t need to show proof of vaccination if you’re using services from the Local Community Food Centre in Stratford.

Management is encouraging all community members who are able to get their shots against COVID-19 to do so.

However, people who aren’t will still be able to access services or programs.

All staff and volunteers are required to be fully vaccinated, including having a booster shot, in order to work directly with the public.

Community meals are available by delivery only while the centre’s market and cafe has been temporarily closed to in-person shopping.

All other kitchen, garden, and advocacy in-person groups and programs are on temporary pause until further notice.
