Stratford City Council is weighing its options when it comes to outdoor patio fees.
Council held a lengthy discussion at their regular meeting Monday night over just how much to charge.
Some councilors like Bonnie Henderson feel the fees should be completely waived to help businesses rebound from losses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Other councilors think it’s time, now that the province has started to reopen, that the city should be recouping some funds.
The issue has been postponed for a future special council meeting so staff can put together more information on the options available.
