Stratford City council hopes to help people looking to live here. Along with investStratford it intends to create more affordable and suitable housing opportunities.
To that end, public consultations will begin this fall.
Eventually, an Attainable Market Housing Community Incentives Toolkit and an Attainable Market Housing Pilot Project will come together. That will encourage private investment into housing in the community and identify other opportunities that could be put in place to ease the housing crisis.
