Indulge in the splendour of the early Italian Baroque!

This SSO To Go episode looks at 17th century Italy, and specifically, the Italian Plague of 1629-1631 through the music of Molinaro, Roncalli and Respighi.

Guest artist Terry McKenna will delight you with sounds of authentic lute performances in true 17th century style, with the orchestral transcriptions of Ottorino Respighi.
