Richmond Station Comes to Stratford | Virtual Tasting

In support of Stratford Chefs School, SCS alumni Ryan Donovan and Carl Heinrich, of Toronto’s Richmond Station Restaurant, are offering a unique guided tasting opportunity!
Enjoy a wonderfully arranged charcuterie tasting with wine pairings to compliment the experience. It will be a virtual tasting like no other! And all proceeds support Stratford Chefs School.
Ryan and Carl will host this virtual tasting session on Thursday, May 6 to introduce you to the concepts behind structured wine tasting, and dive deep into the process for making charcuterie at Richmond Station. This event includes a selection of charcuterie made in-house at Richmond Station, plus three small 100mL samples of three unique wines.
Why will the wine samples be so small, you ask? Well… so you don’t see the label on the bottle, of course! This will be a guided, blind tasting and you will learn the tricks of the trade to find the telltale flavours that distinguish styles and regions of wine.
Impress your dinner guests forever after by correctly declaring the grape and region of the wine in your glass!
Price: $100 per kit for two
