Stratford Remembrance Day Parade 2022

The Royal Canadian Legion’s annual Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony in Stratford will take place Friday, November 11, and will require some traffic control and temporary road closures from 9:30 a.m. until noon.
Starting at approximately 10:30 a.m., the parade will make its way from a staging area just east of the Waterloo Street/Albert Street intersection, and will travel as follows:
* Along Albert Street to Downie Street
* Along Downie Street to Ontario Street
* Along Ontario Street to Erie Street
* Along Erie Street to York Street parking lot and Cenotaph

After the ceremony, the parade will make its way back to the staging area as follows:
* Along Veterans Drive to Cobourg Street
* Along Cobourg Street to Waterloo Street
* Along Waterloo Street to Albert Street
For the safety of participants, traffic control and barricades will be in place along the parade route, and the following roads will be closed from 9:30 a.m. until noon:
* Erie Street from Ontario Street to Cobourg Street
* York Street from Erie Street to the east entrance of the York Street parking lot
* Veterans Drive from Waterloo to Ontario Street (access will be provided for area residents as required, when safe to do so)
* Cobourg Street from Waterloo Street to Veterans Drive (access will be provided for area residents as required, when safe to do so)
* Albert Street from Waterloo Street to Downie Street for staging
