Four hours of free parking on Saturdays begins in December, winter parking rates take effect Nov. 1

The City of Stratford is reminding everyone that winter hours for paid parking kick in on Wednesday and carry through until March 31st.

To park in any paid parking lot space, you must pay between the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Beginning on December 1st and continuing until April 1st people visiting downtown Stratford will be able to park four hours for free on Saturdays.
