Four hours of free parking on Saturdays begins in December, winter parking rates take effect Nov. 1

The City of Stratford is reminding everyone that winter hours for paid parking kick in on Wednesday and carry through until March 31^st.

To park in any paid parking lot space, you must pay between the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Beginning on December 1^st and continuing until April 1^st people visiting downtown Stratford will be able to park four hours for free on Saturdays.
