A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared over at the Stratford General Hospital.
The outbreak had been declared in the Inpatient Unit on December 29th with precautions immediately put in place.
The unit is now reopened for admissions and transfers.
Protective masks are still required to be worn in all clinical areas at Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance hospital sites.
