Bake for the Animals with the Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo and Stratford Perth

The sweetest month of the year has arrived.
That’s according to the Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo and Stratford Perth who are inviting you to start your ovens, hop online, and register for ‘Bake for the Animals’.
The event runs until March 8th with the idea to set up an “online bakery” page where donations are collected in exchange for the treats and individuals, groups, schools or businesses can get involved by planning, promoting, and hosting a bake sale, sponsoring, or donating to the event.
Calla James with the Humane Society says all money raised will go to the animals that need it the most.
“We want you to put your stamp on it, we want you to bake whatever is in your heart, whether that be brownies or cupcakes or cookies, you get to make the decision as to what you want to bake for friends and family.”
You can go to the humane society website to learn more.
