Inductees announced for 2024 Stratford Sports Wall of Fame

Notable names dot the list of inductees for the 2024 Stratford’s Sports Wall of Fame.
In the Athlete category, track and field star Jim Parker, a coach, administrator, and builder with the London Western Track and Field Club, will go in.
Gary Turner and Brian Sylvester, founders of Hoops for Fun which went on to become the Stratford Youth Basketball Association, were selected in the Builder category.
As for the Team category, the 1987, 1988, 1989, and 1990 Central Rams Volleyball Teams were picked.
The inductees will be honored at the annual Minor Sports Council Banquet on April 27th.

Stops along his radio adventure include Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, North Bay, Stratford and now Kemptville. Casey is also a veteran play-by-play announcer and is the Voice of the Kemptville 73's Hockey Team. A proud uncle of eight nieces and nephews, Casey is happy to call Kemptville home now.
