Update: Stratford Shoppers Drug Mart partially reopens following fire

A Stratford Shoppers Drug Mart has partially reopened following a fire.

Officials with Loblaw, the parent company of the store, say their location on Huron Street has reopened its pharmacy with help from the store’s security team.

Customers can access it through the building’s side door.

The front of the store, cosmetics department, and post office remain closed and it’s not known when they will reopen.

An unknown amount of damage was caused after a fire broke out in the store’s freezer area late last month.
