Home sales were up slightly in the Stratford area in January compared to a year earlier.
The Huron Perth Association of Realtors says there were 94 total units sold last month, a moderate gain of eight per cent from January 2023.
However, home sales were still below the five and ten-year averages for the month.
The benchmark price for single-family homes was $547,600 while the benchmark apartment price was $461,800.
There were also 172 new residential listings in January 2024.
