Breaking: Stratford City Council approves 2024 budget

The City of Stratford’s 2024 budget includes a 7.5 per cent property tax increase compared to 2023.
After a lengthy budget process that at one time included a 12.5 per cent tax levy increase, council voted at their regular meeting on Monday night to approve it with a 7.5 per cent increase.
