Travellers reminded to plan ahead with busy March break expected

Plan ahead, expect delays, and check border wait times.

That’s some of the advice from the Canada Border Services Agency ahead of what’s expected to be a busy March break.

CBSA officials say the agency invests significant effort in planning and preparing for peak periods, including long weekends and holidays, and they add they monitor traveler volumes and work hard to minimize border wait times.

Officials say you should also be prepared to declare your goods when entering Canada and know your exemption limits.
