A Perth County Paramedic is being remembered after her death in an avalanche in Switzerland.
In a statement, Perth County Warden Rhonda Ehgoetz says it’s with great sadness that they learned of Nikky Nagy’s death while she was on vacation.
Nagy began her career as a Primary Care Paramedic in Perth County on April 29th, 2022 and Ehgoetz says she was a bright, caring, and amazing person.
In honour of her life and service in Perth County, the flags at the Perth County Courthouse and Perth County Paramedic Services Headquarters in Stratford will be lowered until the day of the funeral.
