A 76-year-old Huron East man faces charges after police said he tried to hit another person while driving a truck.
Huron County OPP says they were called to a dispute between two men in Seaforth on Wednesday, April 3rd.
Police say two males were arguing while officers were at the scene, when one of the males drove their pickup truck directly at the other male on foot, almost striking them with the vehicle.
The driver has been charged with Assault with a Weapon and Dangerous Operation.
He’s scheduled to appear in court at the end of May.
