It’s almost time for the lights to go up for the opening night of the 2024 season at the Stratford Festival.
Previews are opening this week for a couple of productions including Hedda Gabler, starting Thursday night at the Tom Patterson Theatre.
The first preview for Twelfth Night is a Friday matinee at the Festival Theatre.
Festival Publicity Director Anne Swerdfager says she’s particularly excited about Twelfth Night.
“I think these are my favorite songs, the show is set in the 1960s.”
The season officially gets underway in May.
