The 2024 Sutherland Cup Final will be a battle of Perth County.
Listowel and St.Marys will square off in a best-of-seven matchup for the top trophy in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League.
They were the top two teams with the most points following the round-robin. Listowel picked up a 5-1 win home ice win over St. Marys on Sunday in the final game of the round-robin.
Benson Moore, Tate Brenner, Jordan Alexander, Jack O’Donnell and Ben MacRobbie scored for the Cyclones. Noah Vandenbrink had the lone goal for the Lincolns.
Listowel finished 3-1 in the round-robin while St. Marys was 2-2.
Fort Erie (1-3) finished third in the round-robin and were eliminated.
It hasn’t been officially announced when the series will begin but it will start in Listowel.
