One person dead after serious collision in Seaforth

Huron OPP report a serious collision has resulted in the death of a 74-year-old male.

The incident occurred on Sparling Street in Seaforth on Wednesday.

Police, fire and paramedics responded to the scene involving a motor vehicle at 10:27 a.m. A Seaforth resident was transported to hospital and pronounced deceased.

OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team assisted. Sparling Street between John Street and Market Street reopened shortly after 1 p.m.
