Registration now open for summer day camps in Stratford

Here’s an idea if you’re looking to keep the kids busy this summer.
The City of Stratford is running its summer day camps for three groups, ages 4 to 6, 4 to 9, and 7 to 13, from July 2 to August 30 and registration is currently taking place.
The 9-week camps run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and staff are trained in skills to support youth.
Darcy Drummond is the Manager of Recreation and Marketing for the City of Stratford says they have increased the number of campers they are accepting because of demand.
“Some of the camps are quite full so we are going to increase our numbers to support the community need there, it’s open until it’s full.”
You can go to the city’s website to learn more.
