What are you kicking to the curb? Treasure hunt starts in Stratford

One person’s junk is another person’s treasure.

The City of Stratford’s Treasure Hunt starts at 4 p.m. on Friday.

The city says you can place any unwanted household items at the curb for others to take.

Be sure to remove any unclaimed items by 3 p.m. on Sunday.

This event will also happen on the last weekends of June, July, August, and September.

Don’t leave anything you want to keep, like children’s toys or bicycles, near the curb.

This event helps promote recycling and reduces waste in Stratford’s landfill.
