Perth OPP are looking for witnesses and video, if available, after an altercation at a community event in Listowel.
Two youth received minor injuries while two youths were arrested after the incident on July 18.
Police received a number of 911 calls at about 10 p.m. that night before attending Tremaine Avenue South on Line 86.
The investigation continues and police are asking for anyone who witnessed the events, or who may have video footage to contact them.
