Stratford Communities in Bloom has announced the winners of its annual Best Garden Contest.
Among its roles, Stratford’s CIB fosters civic pride, environmental protection and beautification, through community participation.
The contest is a way to recognize outstanding gardens in the Festival City.
Winners include: Revival House – Peter Cheyne; Avondale United Church; Debra and George Mackie; Mike and June Welsh; Barb Cottle and Paul Semeniuk.
