It’s a celebration of all things garlic.
The Kiwanis Garlic Festival runs Saturday and Sunday at the Stratford Rotary Complex.
Organizers are expecting up to 50 vendors tomorrow for opening day, with the always popular tastings and pairings event leading the way.
A number of chefs are stopping by on Sunday for the chef presentations segment, including Eli Silverthorne, Andrew Tutt, Andrew Mavor and Jasjit Kaur.
Silverthorne is a core instructor with Stratford Chef School. Mavor is a culinary arts teacher at Stratford District Secondary School. Tutt is the owner and executive chef at Tuttco Eatery in St. Marys and Kaur is a culinary instructor, educator and expert on North Indian cuisine.
The festival runs 9-5 on Saturday and 9-4 on Sunday.
