The Perth East Recreation Complex has been closed.
The Township of Perth East says a broken water pipe is to blame.
The building has no running water and without that staff can’t operate the ice rink.
On top of that the banquet hall floor is partially under water.
The township as soon as things are cleaned up and the pipe is repaired they’ll reopen the building.
