Middlesex and Oxford OPP were called the collision on Cobble Hills Road shortly before 10 p.m. Nov. 23.

No injuries were reported.

The driver was arrested and subsequently charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs. He was also charged under the liquor license control act for driving with open alcohol.
