OPP have arrested a 54-year-old male after he was caught during a break and enter.
Police arrived just after 3 a.m. Wednesday (Nov. 27) to a crime in progress on Line 87 in North Perth.
Another person fled on foot.
A canine unit assisted but the second person was not located.
The North Perth resident is charged with break and enter, trespassing at night and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice.
Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact OPP or Crime Stoppers.
