St. Marys Curling Association received a big financial boost over the weekend.
Perth-Wellington MPP Matthew Rae announced $150,000 in funding through an Ontario Trillium Foundation grant.
This funding allowed the Association to complete critical upgrades to the curling rink’s refrigeration infrastructure, essentially ensuring the facility remains sustainable and can continue to support curling in the community.
Rae said hubs like the St. Marys Curling Club are essential to culture and community well-being.
