Applications are now being accepted for the 2025-26 Ontario Seniors Community Grant Program.
Provincial officials say the grants range from $1,000 to $25,000 and are for projects that help older adults live independently and ensure their safety and security.
They say the grants also help connect seniors to their community, and help them achieve greater financial security and social connections.
Organizations can apply online until Jan. 16, 2025 on Ontario.ca.
The ministry will also be hosting a webinar this Thursday at 1 p.m. to guide applicants through the process.
