The City of Stratford is relocating its main floor reception desk to the Clerk’s Office on the ground floor.
This is part of the city’s effort to centralize customer service and make it more accessible.
This change means residents will be able to purchase or make payments in one location.
Requests like bag tags, property taxes, parking tickets, bus passes, and green and recycling bins will be processed by the reception desk.
The Clerk’s Office will continue to provide marriage licensing, business licensing, commissionings, animal registration and bicycle licenses.
This move will come into effect on Monday (Jan. 27).
