Ashley Fox is back on the campaign trail.

The Palmerston resident was the Ontario Liberal candidate in 2022, and is hoping for a different outcome this time, eager to make an impact in the community she loves.

“I was raised that something isn’t right and we need to make a difference, then I need to figure out how to do that. It’s not good enough to sit back and watch.”

The RPN who is dedicated to improving healthcare experiences and patient advocacy. Fox said the most important issue facing Perth-Wellington is healthcare cuts.

“17,000 people in Perth-Wellington do not have access to a family doctor, and it’s forcing them to rely on emergency rooms for basic care—if they’re even open.”

She said too many people are struggling with the rising cost of living, making it harder to access a safe home, food, or medications.
