Perth OPP have arrested a resident of West Perth and charged the 26-year-old with break and enter and theft of a motor vehicle.
OPP were called to a Perth Road 179 residence on Friday while the break and enter was in progress and the person was attempting to flee with the vehicle.
The accused is in custody and will appear at Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
