There was a big power outage in the city of Stratford this morning.
Festival Hydro said the outage, caused by wildlife, affected 3,000 customers.
The utility said the outage lasted less than 30 minutes.
The outage stretched from just south of the Avon River to slightly north of Lorne Avenue.
Power returned to customers relatively quickly, according to several residents on social media.
Earlier this morning, Festival Hydro’s outage map noted crews were dispatched but there was no estimated timeline for recovery.
The outage was cleared up by 10:30 a.m.
