Discover some hidden gems with the Summer in St. Marys Passport

It’s an initiative inviting locals and tourists to explore the heritage and culture of St. Marys.

St. Marys Museum is partnering with local attractions for the return of the Summer in St. Marys Passport.

St. Marys Museum Cultural Services Manager, Amy Cubberley, said feedback from last year was “overwhelmingly positive” and organizers are excited to again offer the opportunity to discover hidden gems.

Participants are encouraged to collect as many passport stamps as they can from June 27 to Sept. 1. Passports can be picked up at Art of Ideas Gallery, Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame, Doors Open Information Tent, St. Marys BIA, St. Marys Farmers’ Market, St. Marys Museum, St. Marys Public Library, St. Marys Quarry, St. Marys Station Gallery, Stonetown Heritage Festival Information Tent and Water Street Bridge.

Passports with seven or more stamps can be returned to the St. Marys Museum by Sept. 3 to be entered into a draw to win $100 in St. Marys Money.

Passports are free, and while the hope is the program will lead to more local spending, you can collect seven stamps without spending any money on admission fees or purchases, making it financially accessible for all.

For more information, contact the St. Marys Museum at 519-284-3556 or [email protected].
