Three Perth County residents charged by Wellington OPP

Wellington County OPP have charged three people from Perth County after metal was stolen from a business in Palmerston.

Police were called just before 4 p.m. on Saturday. The three males fled the scene when police arrived but were later located.

Two Listowel residents, ages 35 and 33, are charged, along with a 40-year-old resident of Atwood, with theft under $5,000, possession of break-in instruments and break and enter.

Charges will be addressed next month in Ontario Court of Justice.
