A 51-year-old from Vineland Station, Ont. has been charged with careless driving causing death stemming from a collision earlier this year in Oxford County.
OPP responded to the collision involving the now-charged driver of a commercial motor vehicle and a sedan at the intersection of Oxford Road 8 and the 16th Line on April 14.
The sedan driver, aged 22, from Maple, Ont., was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where they were later pronounced deceased.
The driver of the commercial vehicle had minor injuries.
