Vehicle-pedestrian collision claims the life of Huron East resident

A 77-year-old Huron East resident has died after a vehicle-pedestrian collision.

Huron OPP said the collision occurred on Friday on Main Street in Seaforth just before 7 a.m. Police said the resident succumbed to their injuries at hospital.

The driver of the involved pickup truck remained at the scene. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
