A celebration of improvements on Friday at Clinton Public Hospital

Improvements made to Clinton Public Hospital through a renewal project will be celebrated with a ceremony on Friday morning.

Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance said the hospital has undergone the restoration of an existing roof that has strengthened the integrity of the facility, improved energy efficiency, and ensured a safe and welcoming space for patients, families, and staff.

Interior fire door replacements, roof safety railings, and brick restoration, were also made possible through the provincial government’s Health Infrastructure Renewal Fund (HIRF).

HPHA said the renewal project will have a positive impact on patient care, safety, and sustainability in the community.

The ceremony starts at 10 a.m.
