Perth OPP looking for information after pedestrian hit by vehicle

A pedestrian has minor injuries after getting hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Wallace Avenue North and Campbell Street East in Listowel earlier this month.

Perth OPP said on Tuesday (Sept. 23) that they launched an investigation on Sept. 12.

The collision occurred on Sept. 5 at 3 p.m. when the vehicle struck the pedestrian in the crosswalk and then left the area.

Police said the vehicle is described as a grey sedan. The driver is described as an elderly Caucasian female with grey hair.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or has video footage, or can identify the vehicle and person of interest, is asked to call 1-888-310-1122, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or ontariocrimestoppers.ca.
