A West Perth resident has been arrested following multiple property crimes across Ontario.
Throughout this month, Ontario Provincial Police and Stratford Police investigated crimes reported in the counties of Perth, Huron, Wellington and Oxford, Stratford, and Waterloo region.
Police said on Sept. 23, Perth OPP found a stolen vehicle in Listowel. The driver tried to flee on foot before being arrested.
The 22-year-old resident of West Perth is charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000, three counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000, two counts of theft over $5,000, operation while prohibited, and fail to comply with probation order.
