St. Marys-based service providers are encouraged to apply for community grants.
The funding through the Town of St. Marys is available to volunteer organizations, non- profit and charitable organizations, to support projects, events, or initiatives that benefit the St. Marys community.
Grant-funded initiatives are open to the general public and must align with pillars of the town’s strategic plan, including culture and recreation, balanced growth, economic development, or housing.
In-kind support of $2,000 or cash up to $5,000 is available.
Past recipients include Kinsmen Club of St. Marys, Royal Canadian Legion and St. Marys Imagination Library. Interested applicants can review the policy and application form at www.townofstmarys.com/grants.
Applicants are required to demonstrate financial need.
The deadline to apply is Nov. 30.
