Justin Primmer back in jail again

Justin Primmer is in trouble with the law once again.

The former Stratford resident, who now lives in Huntsville, has been charged with assault.

Primmer was convicted of manslaughter 11 years ago in the stabbing death of Bill “Bonesy” Welch in Stratford.

He was convicted of assault last year after violently beating 22-year-old Desiree Gallagher in London.

The beating left Gallagher partially blind and with a damaged short term memory.

Primmer was arrested yesterday by the Huntsville OPP after an investigation into an incident that happened in the first week of January.

The 29-year-old has been charged with breaking probation as well.

He’s been held for a bail hearing and will appear in Bracebridge court tomorrow.
