Second season of Evolving Entrepreneurship launched by Stratford Perth Centre for Business

A popular podcast has returned with ‘fresh voices, bold stories and candid conversations’.

Stratford Perth Centre for Business has launched the second season of Evolving Entrepreneurship.

The centre said the series expands its scope to feature business leaders across diverse industries, including law, human resources, real estate, hospitality, sports and the arts.

Small Business Advisor Holly Mortimer, co-host of the series with Janis Auster, said entrepreneurship is constantly evolving with new challenges and opportunities.

Mortimer said the centre is excited to broaden the conversation and showcase leaders from a wider range of industries, while ensuring the heart of the story remains in Stratford and Perth County.

The first episode was released on Monday featuring Katie DeBlock Boersma of KDB Law, entitled, From the farm to the courtroom: Building a law firm that listens.

Upcoming business leaders include: Emily Van Straten, Think HR (Oct. 27); Dr. Cranla Warren, Leadership Coach & Educator (Nov. 3); Janis Antonio, Dunny’s Source for Sports (Nov. 10); Naomi Clement, Ceramic Artist & Educator (Nov. 17); Marian deWever, Home & Company Real Estate (Nov. 24); Shelley Windsor, Windsor Hospitality Group (Dec. 1); Meredith Pearce, Meet the Intern (Dec. 8); Summer Company Spotlight Meet the Program and Two Student Entrepreneurs (Dec. 15).

Listeners can subscribe and stream episodes weekly at the Stratford Perth Centre for Business website.

The centre offers complimentary consultations and small business support, delivers training, mentorship, and selected grant programs and empowers entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
