Sleep Country Canada coming to Stratford, expected to open next spring

Construction is underway on a new 6,000-square-foot Sleep Country Canada location in the parking lot area at Stratford Mall, near the food court entrance.

“Welcoming Sleep Country Canada to our property is another exciting step in expanding
Stratford’s retail offerings,” said a spokesperson for Stratford Mall.

The Stratford location is expected to open next spring. The new store will be located on the west side of the Stratford Mall parking lot.

The spokesperson said the company is “one of Canada’s leading mattress and sleep retailers”, and “offers customers a full range of mattresses, bedding, and sleep accessories from Canada’s most trusted brands”.

“It’s great to see national brands investing in our community — creating local jobs, adding convenience for residents, and strengthening Stratford’s appeal as a shopping destination.”

Sleep Country Canada operates more than 300 locations in Canada.
