Hours impacted at Clinton Public Hospital’s emergency department

Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance said the emergency department at Clinton Public Hospital will temporarily close due to shortages in health human resources.

The emergency department will close at 8 p.m. Saturday night and reopen Monday at 8 a.m. for normal hours (8 a.m. until 8 p.m.).

HPHA said to call 9-1-1 if you or someone else needs urgent medical attention and paramedics will take you to the nearest emergency departments in Seaforth, Goderich or Exeter.

For non-urgent care, call Healthlink Ontario at 811.
