An opportunity to learn more about Ontario funding and grants

Municipalities will learn more about Ontario grants, funding programs, and application timelines, including Perth County.

The Western Ontario Wardens Caucus has announced the Western Ontario Fall Funders Forum Series, where participants get to meet and learn from provincial representatives about these topics at in-person events.

They said the events include presentations from representatives of multiple ministries, including rural affairs, economic development, and job creation and trade.

Caucus Executive Director Kate Burns Gallagher said access to funding is essential to local growth.

“These sessions give organizations a clear, direct look at funding opportunities available and the information they need to pursue projects that benefit their communities,” said Gallagher.

The events will run from late-November to early-December in Blyth, Paris, Tillsonburg, Midhurst, Point Edward, and Komoka.
