AI series through small business centre will help entrepreneurs save time

A new AI for Small Business micro-workshop series will help local entrepreneurs save time,  simplify tasks and spark growth.

Stratford Perth Centre for Business, in partnership with investStratford, said the 10-part series will help entrepreneurs use artificial intelligence to simplify day-to-day tasks and strengthen operations.

Online sessions are 20-30 minutes, focus on a single practical skill such as a marketing caption or grant application online, and are tailored towards owners of retail, food and beverage, wellness, tourism, and service-based businesses.

Joani Gerber, CEO of investStratford, said the series meets entrepreneurs where they are —busy, stretched, and eager for tools that make an immediate difference in their workday.

The series covers practical topics including creating social media content, drafting HR documents, completing market research and building basic financial forecasts.

Holly Mortimer, Business Advisor with the centre, said the program was built to give business owners the confidence to try AI in an accessible and useful way.

Workshops will be available on the Stratford Perth Centre for Business website.
