An Elora man was charged with impaired driving after a single vehicle collision in North Perth.
Perth OPP responded Friday after 1:30 a.m. to find a vehicle left the roadway on Perth Road 164 near Perth Line 88.
Police say the driver, age 33, was the only one in the vehicle, and taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Other charges include two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
A 90-day license suspension has started, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
