Transitioning out of elementary school can be a big leap for kids.
To ease the transition, schools throughout the area are hosting open houses this month for students heading off to high school next September and their families.
Stratford Northwestern will host Grades 6 and 8 students tomorrow from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
